What to Bring

- Imaging and Test Results
- Copies and reports of X-rays, MRIs, or other imaging
- Results from any recent laboratory tests
What to Wear
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to put on and remove, as this may be necessary for examination or imaging.
